Message	I have to be in court for an "attempting to elude" ticket this Tuesday. I didn't get a lawyer b/c I think I can prove I'm not guilty. However, I didnt realize how serious the ticket was. I just shit in my pants when I looked the law up in the Offical Code Section of Georgia. Turns out Eluding is 5 times worse than reckless driving. If convicted I am in jail from minimum 10 days to a year, and get a $500 to $5000 fine. Yep, I'm fucked, and it too late to get an attorney. Any advice? Anyway fo postpone the court date? I called the court, they said it's a jury trial and I'm at the end of the line so I can't change it.
